This was my frist trip to NOLA since Katrina and I absolutely LOVED staying at the Rathbone. Tina was very accomadating when my Credit card didn't work over the phone. She kept our reservation regardless. She helped my friends and I with directions to things we wanted to see in NOLA and went above and beyond our expectations. I will never stay anywhere else in New orleans. We're in the process of booking our trip for Halloween 08' and staying at the Rathbone. Tina has even offered to help us get tickets to some of the events going on around town that weekend. We had absolutely NO problems the weekend we stayed at Rathbone, our suite (Louis Armstrong) was clean and bright, fresh towels/sheets and we loved having our own balcony. the breakfast was amazing. we were expecting cold cereal and coffee, what we got was fresh fruit and juice, HOT coffee/cocoa and bagels with any topping we wanted.
