One of our guests had this to say...

We stayed here on our first ever trip to New Orleans. The B&B is quaint and a little quirky with lots of charm. We checked in after hours (very easy) and were very impressed with the size and condition of our "standard" room but the A.C. in our room was acting up which made it a little difficult to sleep the first night. We went to breakfast the second morning expecting your typical continental breakfast and were pleasantly surprised with a delicious home cooked breakfast prepared for each individual guest by the incredibly friendly welcoming staff. After breakfast we asked about our A.C. and without question or hesitation we were moved to a new (upgraded) room. The staff was so warm and accommodating; they knew all the best places to go and how to get there; they were completely focused on the comfort and wellbeing of their guests. The Rathbone is in a great location if you want to be within walking distance of the French Quarter, Bourbon Street and the Cemetery (itís about a 10 min walk to all of these places)but still far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet while you want to sleep. We are already planning our next trip and will be staying here again!
