A Picture is Worth 1000 Words: PhotOShoot Package
Package Details:
Three hours of access to the common areas of both properties, including the courtyard, pool/bar area and grand parlor.
Deposit due at the time the reservation is made. The balance is due on the day of the photo-shoot.
Photographer not included.
One time reschedule allowed for inclement weather.
48-hour cancellation notice needed to receive your deposit back.
A Night Under the Stars: One Night Private Event
Celebrate your engagement, birthday or retirement with friends and family at our spacious outdoor venue located at 1244 Esplanade Avenue. Perfect for parties of up to 130 guests, this package includes exclusive use of our bar and pool area.
Package Details:
Exclusive access to the bar and pool area.
Minimum of three hours and a maximum of six hours. One hour of set-up and one hour of breakdown included. Friday and Saturday rentals are limited to a maximum of four hours due to high volume. Holiday and festival weekends are excluded.
Half of the total amount is due at the time the reservation is made. Balance is due 48 hours prior to the day of the event.
Package does not include tables, chairs, equipment, etc. It does include trash removal and cleaning.

Cocktails in The Grand Parlor: One Night Private Event
The Grand Parlor located at 1227 Esplanade Avenue is adorned with 19th century style artwork and furniture, comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests. Whether you’re celebrating or networking, this venue creates a uniquely New Orleans experience not to be soon forgotten.

Exclusive access to The Grand Parlor.

Be Our Guests: Group Reservations
This package provides elegant overnight accommodations for 10 to 70 guests. The mansions located at 1244 and 1227 Esplanade Avenue have 25 rooms, each with its own unique design – no two rooms are alike! Each room offers modern amenities including a memory foam mattress, coffee maker, mini-fridge, TV, etc. and has its own private bathroom. See full Mansion Rental here.

Single-payer option requires pre-payment of the first room night plus taxes at the time the reservation is made. The balance is due 48-hours prior to arrival.
Multi-payer option requires a refundable deposit which is returned once the contract is fulfilled. Each guest makes and pays for their own reservation using a group code.
This package does not include exclusive access or use of the common areas for events. Please speak to management if you wish to host an extra event during your stay.
Full Mansion Rental:
Our hotel can accommodate your guests in one of our two Mansions for a visit enhanced with southern charm. Ideal for large groups looking to enjoy a New Orleans stay with accommodations together in a historic antebellum Mansion near the French Quarter.
1244 Esplanade can accommodate up to 34 guests in 12 rooms
1227 Esplanade can accommodate up to 37 guests in 13 rooms

Pool Day at Rathbone Mansions:
Our pool and hot tub area can accommodate up to 15 people for a fun event in the sun.
Package Details:
Available Sunday through Wednesday, 4 hours maximum, from 8am-8pm
Exclusive access to the bar and pool area.
Holidays and festivals are excluded.
Half of the total amount is due at the time the reservation is made. Balance is due 48 hours prior to the day of the event.
Package includes trash removal and cleaning. Food and beverage is not included.
