Every hotel room or suite at Rathbone Mansions is different and possess an old world charm. Some even say the Mansions are haunted. The pool and hot tub area make for the perfect break in between sightseeing and exploring. Located in the Treme district, also known as the birthplace of jazz, Rathbone Mansions Hotel is just steps from the French Quarter and Frenchman Street.

Located just blocks from the French Quarter and Frenchman Street along beautiful Esplanade Avenue, the Rathbone Mansions is the perfect venue for your next event. Whether you are celebrating a wedding, birthday, or a family reunion we have a number of intimate spaces to create an unforgettable experience for you and your group!

The Mansions can be blocked individually or together. The Mansion at 1244 Esplanade has 11 rooms and suites and can accommodate a total of 32 guests while the Mansion at 1227 Esplanade has 15 rooms and suites, accommodating up to 43 guests. Both Mansions together accommodate up to 75 guests.
